1/4 c. tomato puree
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. onion powder
1/4 tsp. oregano
1 slice bread or 1/2 English muffin
1 oz. cheese

Toast bread. Put tomato, seasonings and cheese on toast. Broil for 1 to 5 minutes. Good with salad. Equals 1 bread, 1 fat, 1 meat, 1/2 vegetable exchange on diabetic diet.
